Description:
Apogee Instruments' KX Series offers a wide variety of solutions for bright field and fluorescence imaging. Acquisition of an RGB series is automated by software, and is done using external and optional filtering (liquid crystal filters or filter wheels).
The compact thermo-electrically cooled camera heads have the proper back-focal distance for direct mounting on 0-mount microscope video ports (The KX4 sensor is not C-mount parfocal). A PCI controller provides the support with a single cable to the camera head. Cable lengths of up to 200 feet are possible with an optional boost unit.
